Emails failed to send on Monday 12th June between 15:00 - 17:30

On Monday 12th June 2023 between 15:00 and 16:50 the Arbor platform experienced a period of resource contention which manifested to a small number of customers as poor performance. During this same timeframe emails may have failed to send, these will be seen as ‘failed’ in Arbor. Customers are advised to check for any ‘failed’ emails and resend. We apologise for this inconvenience and we continue to investigate root cause.
