Intermittent Error Messages appearing for some customers

We were aware of an issue that some customers were experiencing intermittent error messages when trying to log in to School sites from their Arbor MAT site this morning.

We’ve now resolved the issue and will continue to monitor performance closely throughout the week and will carry out a full retrospective into today’s incident.
