Normal service is now resumed. If you have any issues accessing Arbor from outside of the UK please contact our Support Team.
As part of our standard security procedures, we have taken the decision to temporarily block all access to Arbor from outside of the UK and Isle of Man whilst we investigate an unsuccessful attempt to access Arbor externally. Just to reassure you, there is no risk to your data, this is a precautionary measure only.
This will temporarily impact some guardians and potentially staff members living abroad - we will notify them that their access has been temporarily suspended when they try to log in, and the reason why. However if users are using the Arbor parent or student app abroad users will not be notified until the suspension is lifted.
