Arbor Site Intermittent Unavailability and Slowness

We recognise that some customers were experiencing an issue where they encountered site unavailable messages on their Arbor site and system slowness between 11:09 and 11:19.

Customers can now access their Arbor sites as normal. A full retrospective of today’s incident will be carried out.
