Communication Log is not displaying information as expected

Our engineers have now resolved the issue with data not appearing within the communication logs on Arbor sites.
We would like to thank customers for their patience and apologise for the inconvenience this has caused!
Work is still ongoing to resolve the issue with the Communications section of Arbor.
Data sent or recieved before Saturday 19th July is now appearing as expected. Our engineers continue to work on resolving this for any data after this point.
We have identified the root cause of the issue, and our engineers will be taking action to fix this.
While the fix is being implemented, some customers may encounter errors or unexpected behaviour within the Communications section of Arbor for a short period of time.
We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused and would like to thank customers for their patience while we work on this.
We’re aware that some customers are encountering an issue with their communication logs not displaying information as expected.
We’re very sorry for any disruption caused, and are working on this as an urgent priority.
