Impacted sites have been taken out of maintenance mode. Customers can now access their Arbor sites as normal.
A full retrospective of today’s incident will be carried out. We will continue to closely monitor the system throughout the day.

For customers who are currently impacted by the ongoing incident, our engineers will be putting those sites into Maintenance Mode while we implement a fix.
