Updates
All services, including our key third-party systems, have now been fully restored and are functioning normally.
The telephone system is operational, and you can contact us through all standard channels.
AWS has confirmed recovery across most affected services, and we are now seeing the resulting recovery of our third-party provider systems, such as SMS.
Our call systems have not yet fully recovered, so please continue to chat with us for support.
A number of our third party providers are currently impacted by issues related to the ongoing AWS issue in N. Virginia region.
Our support team is currently unable to answer phone calls, but you can reach us via the messaging widget in the MIS.
We’re also aware that SMS are failing to send so would recommend using email until this is resolved.
Arbor’s data is hosted in AWS London, we don’t expect users to experience any other issues linked to this.
We’re aware that some customers are experiencing site unavailable messages which isn’t linked to this issue.
