Arbor Site Intermittent Unavailability and Slowness

Our engineers have successfully implemented a fix for the intermittent site unavailability and slowness issues. All affected customers should now be able to access their Arbor sites as usual.

We sincerely apologise for the disruption caused and would like to thank customers for their patience while we worked to resolve this incident.

We recognise that some customers have been experiencing an issue where they are encountering intermittent site unavailable messages on their Arbor site and system slowness. We have placed affected sites into Maintenance Mode.
