We’re aware that customers were unable to access Arbor for 7 minutes between 12.16pm and 12.23pm on 22.04.2022 and are carrying out a full retrospective to ensure this doesn’t happen again. Details of the report will be available for customers by the end of the week commencing 25.04.2022
