29.06.2022: Some group MIS customers experienced degraded functionality

Some Group MIS customers experienced a partial degradation of service this morning between 08:50am and 09:20am. Impacted customers may have noticed error messages and/or KPI dashboards not loading for a brief period.

The issue is now resolved and we thank any impacted customers for their patience whilst we fixed this issue. We’re now completing a full retrospective to identify the root cause and prevent recurrence.
