Major incident Error Message on MAT Sites

We are aware that some customers on MAT sites are encountering an error message on their Arbor site.

We sincerely apologise for the disruption this is causing. Our engineering team are currently working on a fix to resolve the issue. We will post our next update as soon as we have more information.

The earlier issue where a small number of schools were unable to login to Arbor is now fixed.

We’re very sorry if this impacted the start to the day for any customers. A full post mortem will be completed in due course.

Scheduled maintenance Scheduled Maintenance 17/09/2026 from 2026-09-17 22:00 BST to 2026-09-18 02:00 BST

We’ll be carrying out scheduled maintenance between 10pm on the 17th September and 2am on the 18th of September. Arbor sites will be put into Maintenance mode, during which time they will not be available.
